1 Member Eligibility

Mrg88 services are open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. mrg88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and the account will be terminated immediately.
• Register voluntarily and not under any pressure or coercion from any party.
• Not appearing on any exclusion list issued by the relevant authorities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Not using VPNs, proxies, or any other methods to conceal your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions.

2 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) mrg88 account. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name, another person's name, or false information — is a violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any funds therein.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False or misleading information is sufficient grounds for account termination.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure. MRG88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Each account is for personal use only. You are prohibited from transferring, selling, or giving your account to any third party.
• MRG88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, proof of address, or other supporting documents to ensure the security of your account.
• The KYC process is in place to protect members from fraud and unauthorized account use. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt MRG88's systems, servers, or infrastructure in any way.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing others to use your account.

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes — all games carry financial risk borne solely by the member.
• Service disruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, external infrastructure failures, or events beyond MRG88's control.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any act or omission by a third party, including payment service providers or game software suppliers.

MRG88's maximum total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by the member in the 30 days prior to the cause of action arising.

9 Account Termination

Either the member or mrg88 may terminate this relationship at any time. Members may close their account by contacting the mrg88 customer support team via live chat.

• MRG88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these terms without prior notice and without any liability to MRG88.
• Upon account termination, all valid balances (i.e. funds not from suspicious sources or that have met bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the member in accordance with the established procedures.
• All bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled upon account termination.
• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to a terms violation are not permitted to re-register using the same or different information.

10 Terms Amendment

MRG88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
